JUDGMENT

Today i.e. on 20.12.2022, when the case was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the appellant and the respondent.

2. Records perused. The minor P.Sudarkodi was born on 02.08.1999 and the minor P.Suriyaprakasam was born on 29.10.2004. The Petition in H.M.G.W.O.P.No.03 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Madurai was filed for custody of the minor children. It is seen that both minors have now attained majority.

3. In the above circumstances, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
