ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 1st respondent and to appoint some other investigation officer for conducting proper enquiry in Crime No.17 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, for filing the final report by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220002 670 C202500054 on 24.02.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
