O R D E R

Let me not delve deeply into the facts of the case, but restrict myself to addressing the relief sought, namely, a direction to the third respondent/District Registrar (Registration), 1/3

Palayamkottai in Tirunelveli District, to complete the enquiry proceedings which commenced on 11.10.2021 in Oo.Mu.No.6915/E4/2021. 2.Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.N.Satheeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who had taken notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.The petitioner had also given a representation on 07.10.2021. I restricting myself to issuing a mandamus directing the third respondent to proceed with the enquiry in manner known to law, which implies that notices will have to be issued to all the contesting parties, hear them, give opportunity and thereafter pass necessary orders. A direction is given that such procedure should be commenced, should be proceeded with and should be completed on or before 30.04.2022.

4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
