2.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Even according to the petitioner, his daughter eloped with one Abish. The petitioner's daughter had given a statement addressed to the third respondent calling upon him not to take any action based on her father's complaint. It is seen that the petitioner's daughter married out of caste. She apprehends danger from her family. We are satisfied that it is not a case of illegal detention. This habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
