Na.Ka.No.C1/3410/2020 dated 12/11/2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to count the service rendered by the petitioner in the TWAD Board for the period from 05.10.1988 to 31.05.1992 along with the service rendered by the petitioner in the respondent Corporation from 01.06.1992 and make necessary entries in the service records of the petitioner and to bring the petitioner under Old Pension Scheme existed at the relevant point and to extend the benefit of similarly placed persons who were regularized in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department, dated 28.02.2006 with the benefit of Old Pension Scheme instead of New Pension Scheme which takes effect from 01.042003 in view of the appointment of the petitioner on 05.10.1988 prior to the cut off dated of 01.04.

2003 as Fitter through Employment Exchange in the sanctioned post on full time basis in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court reported in 2019 (4) CTC 865, dated 02.08.2019.
