This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli to complete the enquiry in Oo.Mu.A2/31495/2021, which is pending from 11.11.2021. The contesting parties are the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein.

2.Heard Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned Counsel for the fifth respondent.

3.Let me not enter into any further discussion, though arguments 2/5

were advanced about the filing of suit and other aspects and I confident that both petitioner and the fifth respondent would place all the relevant records before the third respondent, who is placed under an obligation to consider all relevant records produced by parties, give the parties necessary opportunity to be represented and thereafter, pass necessary orders. Any orders should be passed with reasons. The third respondent is directed to pass necessary orders on or before 31.07.2023. 4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
