ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that encroachment in the State Highways had already been removed and the Highways property is put to public usage. 2.In view of the fact that the Highways property has been resumed and put to public usage, the question of restoring the possession and hand over the same to the encroachers would not arise at all. Accordingly, this Review Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
