ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Village Administrative Officer, seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents to forward the pension proposals.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner had attained superannuation on 31.08.2019. However, the third respondent so far not forwarded the pension proposals of the petitioner to the Accountant General Office, Chennai. The petitioner has also given several representations to the third respondent. 2/4
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that the pension proposal would be forward within a period of four weeks.
4. Considering the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to forward the pension proposal of the Accountant General Office, Chennai on or before 28.02.2025.
5. With the above said observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
