DECREE: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, material papers and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.B.PRASANNA VINOTH Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.PRABHAKARAN learned Advocate for the 5th respondent this Court, while dismissing this civil miscellaneous Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:- 1.that the judgment and decree passed MCOP No.1441 /1999 dated 06/12/2006 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal III Additional Subordinate Judge,Trichirappalli is confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

2.that the claimants be and hereby are directed to submit their respective savings Bank Account details along with the copies of their passbooks to the Tribunal forthwith.

3.that the Appellant-Insurance Company be and is hereby is directed to deposit the 50% award amount along with accrued interest and costs less the amount deposited if any to the credit of MCOP No.1441 /1999 the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal III Additional Subordinate Judge,Trichirappalli, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.that the on such deposit, the Tribunal be and hereby is directed to Transfer the entire award amount along with accrued
