DECREE : This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, material papers and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.I.Irulappan Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.Prasanna vinoth Advocate for the 4th respondent and of Mr.P.Prabhakaran Advocate for the 6th respondent Respondent No.5 not appearing either in person or through counsel, this Court, while dismissing this civil miscellaneous Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:- 1.that the judgment and decree passed MCOP No.240/2001 dated 06/12/2006 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal III Additional Subordinate Judge,Trichirappalli is confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.
2.that the claimants be and hereby are directed to submit their respective savings Bank Account details along with the copies of their passbooks to the Tribunal forthwith.

and costs less the amount deposited if any to the credit of MCOP No.240/2001 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal III Additional Subordinate Judge,Trichirappalli, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 4.that the on such deposit, the Tribunal be and hereby is directed to Transfer the entire award amount along with accrued interest and costs directly to the personal savings Bank Account Number of the respective claimants, through RTGS/NEFT system after getting their Account Details, within a period of two weeks thereafter 5.that there be no order as to costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
