This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere the civil dispute in O.S.No.2235 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed finding that it is a civil dispute. The same is recorded. 4.Recording that same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
