The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to draw a demand draft in favour of Dean, Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen only)without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. 3. In view the above, the learned Magistrate No.II, Madurai is directed to accept the deposit receipt and permit the petitioner to execute sureties as ordered by this Court. For executing such sureties, the petitioner is granted further two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions in the earlier order shall remain unaltered.
