ORDER: This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the material papers of the appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Muthukannan,Government Advocate for Appellant and of Mr.M.Hajamohideen, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court has already ordered on 03/04/2014, in MP(MD)No.1/14 in CMA(MD)No.307/2014, that the petitioner/Appellant deposits Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) with proportionate interest and costs to the credit of MCOP.No.3/2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Judge for MCOP Cases),Madurai, doth order and decree as follows: i)That the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Special District Judge for MCOP Cases, Madurai dated 30.07.2013, made in MCOP.No.3 of 2013 be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal dismissed;

ii)That, the appellant herein be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount together with interest, after deducting the amount already deposited if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

iii)that, on such deposit, the Respondents herein/Claimants be and are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ hereby permitted to withdraw their share as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal on filing proper application and
