This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R registered in Crime No.2 of 2022 dated 02.01.2022 on the file of the Adiramapattinam Police Station, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already F.I.R. has been closed and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
