PRAYER :- To extend the time limt fixed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17253 of 2019 dated 25/11/2019 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.17253 of 2019, dated 25/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

CRL MP(MD). No.76 of 2020 submit that they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, they pray to grant further time to execute the sureties.
