ORDER : The Court made the following order :- In continuation to the earlier passed by this Court on 12.02.2021 of which the petitioner gave an undertaking that he will settle the land, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition without any valid reason.

2. In view of the same, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However the respondent police is directed to take suitable action in this regard.
