Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners were out of station due to eking their livelihood, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.16515 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021.

3. In view of the same and also considering the present pandemic situation, time granted by this Court vide order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.295 of 2022 28.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16515 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
