2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner/appellant and perused the materials available on record.
3.In the case on hand, already an award of Rs.16,02,240/- (Rupees sixteen lakhs two thousand two hundred and fourty only) was awarded in the year 2014 by the Tribunal and now the Petitioner/appellant has filed this appeal seeking enhancement of compensation of Rs.83,97,760/-.
