2 That the appellant / State Transport Corporation be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount to the credit of MCOP.No.291 of 2011, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District and Sessions Court Special Court for E.C.Act Thanjavur, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment, if not already deposited. 3 That on such deposit being made, the respondent / claimant be and hereby is permitted to withdraw the entire award amount through RTGS by filing necessary application before the Tribunal concerned. 4 That there be no costs in this Appeal.
