This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st Respondent to complete the investigation and to file the charge sheet in Crime No.342 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station, Madurai District, dated 08.08.2016.

2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is almost completed and they are likely to file the final report within two months. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 342 of 2016 dated 08.08.2016 within the month of February, 2024 and file the final report before the Court concerned. The Petitioner shall approach this Court if he is so advised.
