Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order in M.C.O.P.No.1863 of 2022 dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the Special District Court (Motor Accident Claims Cases Tribunal), Madurai.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order exempting the petitioner from paying the court fee of Rs.23,010/- in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the order in M.C.O.P.No.1863 of 2022 dated 25.11.2024 on the file of the Special District Court (Motor Accident Claims Cases Tribunal), Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is exempted from paying the court fee of Rs.23,010/- for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the said court fee as and when the petitioner receives 2/4

any part of the award amount or as and when specifically directed by this Court.
