This Appeal filed u/s 100 of the code of Civil Procedure, 1908 against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No. 13 of 2010 daed 24.08.2010 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi confirming the judgment and Decree dated 06.01.2010 passed in O.S.No. 87 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Shencottai.
