These appeals have been filed challenging the order passed in H.M.O.P.Nos.103 and 105 of 2014 dated 02.12.2014 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Heard Mr.H.Arumugam, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3. The appellant is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The husband's petition filed for divorce was allowed and the restitution petition of the appellant was dismissed by the Family Court. These appeals arise out of the common order passed by the Family Court.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant died on 16.04.2016.

5. In view of the above fact, these appeals are dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
