The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned FIR made in Crime No.03 of 2020 dated 05.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal. For Petitioners : M/s.D.Saranya For R1 : Mr.P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate(Crl.side) For R2 : Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani COMMON ORDER The petitioners have moved these petitions to quash the proceedings pending against them in Cr.Nos.03 and 04 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police on the ground of compromise along with compromise memo signed by the defacto complainant. Therefore, this Court by order dated 13.06.2025 ordered notice to the respondents and directed the parties to be present before this Court. However, neither the petitioner nor the defacto complainant is present before this Court today.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation in both cases have already been completed and final reports have been filed in STC Nos.11 and 12 of 2024 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi. The parties have compromised their issue before the trial Court and the proceedings in STC Nos.11 and 12 of 2024 are quashed on 27.06.2025.
