JUDGMENT
The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, to set aside the order passed in Pa.Mu.NO.16005/N4/2011 dated 15.05.2012 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Chief Revenue Controller Cum Inspector General of Registration/the 1st respondent.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has been paid Rs.20,820/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty only) as deficit stamp fee and Rs.2610/- (Rupees Two Thousand Six Hundred and Ten only) as deficit registration fee on 28.03.2018, under the Conciliation Scheme, before the Sub Registrar, Mela Karur.
