ORDER
The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 109 and 351(2) 3 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.215 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 1/4
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant's husband and criminally intimidating the defacto complainant and her husband and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.
3. After considering the facts and circumstances, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
