Shanmugaselvam, Advocate for the respondent and the parties herein having settled their differences and having filed into a joint compromise Memo requesting this Court to pass a decree in terms thereof between themselves and through their respective counsels anad having filed the memo of compromise duly signed by the parties as well as their Advocates and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order and decree of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,(Principal District Judge), Karur and the material records and the joint memo of compromise, and both the parties agree to settle the claim for Rs.66,975/-(Rupees Sixty Six thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy five only) in full quit and the appellant has already deposited Rs.66,975/-(Rupees Sixty Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five only) in to the credit of the above M.C.O.P.No.

24 of 2011(Principal District Judge),Karur, and in view of the above settlement between the parties the Respondent/Petitioner is entitled to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.66,975/- lying in the credit of M.C.O.P.No.

1)that the respondent be and hereby is entitled to withdraw the award amount deposited to the credit of the above MCOP No.24 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal,(Principal District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Judge),Karur, by filing necessary Application;

2)that this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal be and hereby is disposed of; 3)that there be and hereby no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
