This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction as against the respondent to admit the Sale Deed dated 26.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner for registration .

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the present case the sale deed dated 26.11.2025 was presented in respect of the subject property and token number has also been obtained by the petitioner. However, the respondent refused to register the sale deed and orally informed that there was one more entry in the E.C and therefore, the document cannot be admitted for registration. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with the above said relief.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would fairly submit that in the present case, since the document is not presented, they are not in a position to pass any order. If the document is presented, they would follow the procedure in accordance with law.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the petitioner to present the sale 2/4

deed dated 26.11.2025 and upon presentation, the 2nd respondent is directed to register the same, if it is otherwise in order or otherwise pass appropriate orders.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
