Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PACKIYARAJ.D, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3
This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD). No.17616 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023.
2. By the order dated 15.11.2023, already time was extended for a period of two weeks to comply the condition. This petition has been filed, seeking second extension.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 04.10.2023.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 04.10.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
