PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul, to expedite and complete the proceedings in A.S.No.116 of 2018 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, to expedite the trial in A.S.No.116 of 2018 pending on its file, within a stipulated time.
2. According to the revision petitioners, they have filed a suit in O.S.No. 169 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, for declaration and permanent injunction and the same has been decreed, against which, the respondents 1 to 4, who are the defendants in the suit filed A.S.No.116 of 2018 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Dindigul. The matter has been pending for the past two years without any progress. Therefore, the petitioners have come out with the present Civil Revision Petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and perused the materials available on record.
4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul, to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, to dispose of A.S.No.116 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
