JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent circulated a letter to the Registry seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the Second Appeal. He also enclosed the letter written by the respondent, dated 15.11.2021 addressed to him, wherein, the respondent has stated that the dispute between the parties was settled out of Court amicably and the Second Appeal need not be proceeded with.
