The petitioner has lodged a private complaint as against the respondents 1 to 3 /accused 1 to 3 and the same ended in acquittal in CC No.104 of 2016, dated 02.07.2018, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur. The appeal preferred by this petitioner before the Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur, in Crl.Appeal No.149 of 2018 was also rejected on 04.04.2025. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a revision before this Court. On the objections raised by the Registry, now the petitioner is intending to file an appeal, however, with a delay of 193 days. 2.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the fourth respondent. Mr.K.Samidurai, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and raised serious objections to allow this petition. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
