This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue NOC by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 12.09.2025, seeking to issue NOC to establish a Kalasalingam Medical College and Hospital at Virudhunaagar District. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
