JUDGMENT

When the case was taken up for hearing on 07.12.2022, this Court directed the Registry to verify the status of the original suit from the lower Court.

2.Today i.e. 12.12.2022, when the case was taken up for hearing, the Daily Online Status report of the trial Court has been received. On perusal of the report, it is seen that the original suit in O.S.No.38 of 2012 itself was already disposed of on 05.02.2018. In the above circumstances, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this case. 3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
