Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Not appeared either in person or an by advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- On the earlier occasion, when the matter was called, no representation for the appellants. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellants. Already sufficient time given.

2.Hence, Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, Advocate, No.23, Law Chamber, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai is appointed as Legal Aid Counsel for the appellants to conduct the case. The High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench shall bear the expenses for the conduct of the case, as per the guidelines.

3.Post the matter on 26.03.2019.
