DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Suresh, for E.K.
(1) That the the fair and Decreetal order dated 27.02.2012 and made in C.M.A.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the District Judge, Karur, in reversing the fair and decreetal order dated 25.08.2010 made in H.M.O.P.No.120 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Judge, Karur be and hereby are set aside.
(2) That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.
