ORDER : This Petition is coming on for order on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.M.IQBAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

The condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, HUDCO Police Station, Hosur on all Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5.30 PM for a period of one month and thereafter, he shall appear on the first working day of every month until summons are served before the same Police Station, without fail. This petition is ordered accordingly.
