JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.12.2014 made in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2012 before the learned Principal District Court, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Ms.A.Baanumathi, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the dispute between the parties have been settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre at Madurai. The Mediation Centre has sent a report dated 18.10.2016, stating that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. A joint compromise memo was also filed to that effect.

4. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. The joint compromise memo shall form a part of this order.
