CMP(MD) No.2409 of 2020 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders, on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to restore the C.M.P.(MD)No.11570 of 2018 on file and extend the time for payment of cost by further two weeks.
2.It is stated that the cost, as awarded by this Court, had already been paid, but not within the time granted by this Court. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has given some reasons for restoring C.M.P.(MD)No.11570 of 2018. This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed and C.M.P.(MD)No.11570 of 2018 is restored on file. This Court is inclined to regularise the payment of cost by extending the time limit.
