Decree:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on Thursday the Seventeenth day of December Two Thousand and Twenty, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Award of the Lower Court and the material papers in the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Sivakumar for M/s.S.Veeranasamy, Advocate for the Appellant and no appearance for Respondents 1 and 2 either in person or through advocate, having stood over for consideration till this day om Monday, the Eleventh day of January Two Thousand Twenty One, this Court while dismissed this Appeal, doth and decree as follows:
1. that the award dated 17.11.2008 made in M.C.O.P No.435 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal cum Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District be and here is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is Dismissed.
2. that If the amount is not being deposited by the Insurance Company, the same shall be deposited within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. that on such deposit being made, the minor if have attained majority may withdraw the entire amount if not, the Tribunal may disburse the amount on his attaining majority
