ORDER:- This Criminal Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Prabhu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of K.Suyambullinga Bharathi, Government Advocate Crl Side, for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This Court by judgment dated 25.10.2019 had partly allowed the appeal by reducing the sentence to 7 years RI and directing the appellant to pay a compensation of Rs.2,00,000/- to the victim girl within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, failing which, the original conviction and sentence of 10 years RI to be restored.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there is no instruction from the appellant and he is also unable to contact the appellant.
