Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to pass order of direction to the 4th Respondent to produce the petitioner Minor Daughter namely Pavithra D/o.Panchacharam aged about 17 years, detained at St.Patricks Home, Near Serungeri Madam, Bye-pass Road, Madurai City before this Honble Court.

Prayer in HCP(MD) No.1443 of 2023:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the Petitioners Minor Daughter Namely Pavithra D/o.Panchacharam aged about 17 years

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Joseph Jerry, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Rms.Sethuraman, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely Pavithra, D/o.Panchacharam, aged about 17 years, detained at St.Patricks Home, Near Serungeri Madam, Bye-pass Road, Madurai City before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court. On enquiry, she expressed her willingness to go with her parents and she wanted to have her child.

3. Today, the petitioner/mother and the father of the detenue are also present before this Court and they would state that they will take the detenue with them and they will take care of her.

4. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed and the detenue is allowed to go with her parents. This Court is confident that the petitioner will take care of the detenue and her child.

5. The officials from St.Patricks Home, Madurai, who are present before this Court are relieved of this case.
