O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide the petitioner with fifteen buses on 'Casual 1/4

Contract' basis, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is holding the post of Secretary, Madurai District-North, in the political party namely 'Puthia Tamilagam' headed by Dr.K.Krishnasamy, The party organised a 7th State Conference at Madurai Amma Thidal near Pandi Kovil. To participate in the said event, five buses from Melur and ten buses from Kottampatty were required. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 27.12.2025 requesting to provide fifteen buses on a casual contract basis with the assurance to remit the necessary fees and other charges. However, the said representation has not been considered till date and therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the 2/4

representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, if the buses are available, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
