ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, in A.S.No.34 of 1994 by reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.703 of 1992 by the learned District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai.

2.The petitioners are the sons of one Lakshmanan. It is admitted that one of the revision petitioner died long back. The legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record. Without impleading the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, the revision petition cannot be effectively adjudicated. Learned Counsel for petitioner has no instructions.
