2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14128 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Nagercoil on 06.02.2023 and thereafter, appear before the trial Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
