ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 27.11.2023, and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. S.Nihar Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate for the first and second respondents , this Court made the following order:

The petition has been filed by the Petitioners, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court concerned in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21287 of 2023, dated 27.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents.

3. Considering the submissin made on either side, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 27.11.2023, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21287 of 2023, is extended for a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
