Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records leading to the issuance of impugned eviction notice in Na.Ka.No.713/2020 dated 16.12.2020 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to recognize the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the land in Survey No.9/1 bearing old Door No.34E, New Door No.72 in S.Kannanur Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District and issue patta to the petitioner as per the petitioner's representations the last one being on 21.12.2020.
