This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the award dated 26.04.2007 made in M.C.O.P.No.1400 of 2004 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Fast Track Court No.2/Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, in and by which, the Tribunal has awarded a compensation of Rs.8,000/- to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD)No.1165 of 2008 the claimant together with interest at 7.5% per annum. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that he does not have any quarrel for the amount awarded and for the reason, this revision may be dismissed confirming the order passed by the Tribunal. 3.Taking note of the submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed.

No costs.
