ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree, dated 17.09.2010 in H.M.C.M.A.No.9 of 2009 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated 15.04.2009 in H.M.O.P.No.182 of 2003 passed by the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the appellant and respondent were re-united together and living jointly. 3.In support of his contention, he has filed a memo stating that the appellant has re-united with his wife/respondent herein. The memo is recorded.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
