ORDER

The petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.245 of 2020 on the file of the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai City.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, seeks three months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the said submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
